About	Gato is a puma rescued from a circus by a charity group in Bolivia called Inti Wara Wara Yassi. At present he lives in a reserve called Parque Macchie next to Villa Tunari in Bolivia. When found he was living on a diet of milk and bread and had both his back legs broken.

Actually, that picture was taken while he was on his walk through the jungle. He gets to walk 10k every day. The reserve only has so much money and so much land. If you feel that badly maybe you could make a donation. ;-)

I must say I feel sorry for an animal kept like this. I much prefer it if they get a big cage with lots of trees, shrubbery and grass (as found in their natural environment), no chains etc. and plenty of room to exercise. Hopefully this puma is destined for something like that...
