My sugestion is to leave the cloud as is, as it is not at all intrusive.
I like this reflection. You have done well to switch the camera to portrait orientation. The one question in my mind is wheter you really needed to include that rock in the foreground.

Thanks for your comment, Laurie. I did try cloning out the jet trails, but there was so much variation in the color of the sky, that it was difficult to blend. I finally gave up and went with it the way it was. I hope to get back to this image soon and try putting in a different sky (and matching the reflection in the water). -- Naomi

Fantastic reflection! This is really a beautiful landscape.
I'm not sure what you've already tried for the jet trails, but you could try to clone them out. If that doesn't work you could just try to soften them a bit.
I don't really find them distracting and I probably wouldn't have noticed them if you hadn't pointed them out. I think you'd be ok to leave them in. It's a great image!
