To move them, you need to select the move tool AND the layer it is from the layer pallet. It took me a while to get that. To resize, click on the "show bounding box" and click on the corner - resize by % in the boxes on the top of the photo screen. :)

Except I doid most of it in Photo Suite. I STILL have not mastered the art of Transforming photos in PS. I'm doing something wrong for sure, the damn things never move! lol Thanks for the comments. Dottie
