Alternative suggestion, hope you don't mind. I like the idea but bouncing the flash or not using it at all would solve the bright reflections and the harsh shadow.

but about composition I choose this composition because the girl is looking to camera not to right or left sight.so I took it near the center.

Somehow it is one of your most creative shots Mary,
I say "creative" because of the original idea you had in creat this shot.
as a portrait it is so different and unusual one, your composition is well, there is some things distract the feel that's realy pity!
first the light ,
you know the white reflections is always distract the feelings, in this position reflection on the water and the face ( flash light ) distract the eyes,
then cutting the head(hairs)
and at least the angle of camera,
if you moved a bit to the right , then you had a better perspective and also your model could look to the camera relaxed and easily... she is not in perfect positin now!

Overall very cool idea - I like it alot. One criticism would be the lack of sharpness on your model's forehead, just where the light glistens. That space should probably be in your critical focus I'm thinking, but you may disagree. Thumbs up, though.
