This is my favourite of the three - I like the way the train seems to be emerging from the smoke, and the lines add to this effect. I'd perhaps crop the patch of bright sky off the top in order to enhance the effect (and yes, I think I'd crop the box at bottom left as well...)

Great shot, but I would crop out the grey block in the lower left corner. For the rest, really good one, love the detail, and the smoke!
