Dear Rafi,
I do not think this is "posed" as such. The smile seems very spontaneous, sincere and unposed. He is clearly engaging with the photographer. Eye contact helps to add interest to the viewer. The fill-in flash has been put to good use and there is a lovely pair of catchlights in his eyes.

It's hard to get people to smile this freely, so I have to hand it to you for making him feel so at ease. It's posed, but doesn't have that awkwardness that you might be referring to in a lot of shots.

It actually doesn't look so purposely posed. He has a wonderful smile and a welcoming face. Great shot, Rafi. Now, he must get back to work while you try more shots with your new camera.

That is a great smile. I looked at all 3 pictures and I think the reason he is so happy is because he knows no matter what people will always need a garbage man. Job security. Well done dear Rafi.
