Man, I'd LOVE that Phil! After last weekend's exploration of the San Antonio Library, I'm really itching to try some portraiture there!

Thanks Paul. I never get tired of working with her. this session was up in Round Rock at the park by Sam Bass theatre. I have the gallery with her and her sister posted at www.pbase.com/ppcass under Round Rock mini group if you want to see more. I love your work, maybe we can shoot together some time.

This is a great smile, BUT in my artistic opinion there are some flaws. I speak strictly as a lover of brightness, color and composition. Her skin and top are certainly bright objects as they should be, but her eye color is unapparent and her brown tresses are obscured by the dark background. The tree upon which her elbow rests is not a supporting agent but rather another dark object in a dark field. I approve the photo overall but to cast a little more light on the eyes and to define her hair against the trees would (to my mind) improve the image overall.
