Well my friend...I can see that you too like to take night pictures...this ne is excellent even with or without the white balance.....congratulations.
Thanks for the comment to my Kremlin photo. I took it with a very small tripode and so could get that picture with so many details. Thanks for viewing it.I will be adding several more from my trip to Russia.

It looks intense with all those structures bathed in hot light -- contrasted with the black sillouette on natural elements like palms it is very dramatic.

I like the orange glow as well Khaled. I don't think balancing this to pure white woould have improved. Good contrast in the heavy machinery and the organic palm trees.

I love the warm tones Khaled, and the silhouetting of the palm trees against that warm background is really very dynamic, and I think the warm tones add excitement. Know what my friend.... looks like if I had adjusted the white balance it would have been better... :0)
I don't know why with my Nikon D100, if I leave the white balance set to Auto and I try to take night shots with long exposures without using flash I get these hot tones of the lights and so I should change the setting manually to night shot under normal or neon lighting according to the lighting...
