About	"Quaresmeira" is the popular name for a whole family of trees and flowers that share the type of leaf seen here. They flower around Lent (in Portuguese, "Quaresma") and hence the name. This is a straight shot. No PS trickery. Just a crop, some levels and a boost to contrast with curves. I wanted the warm light to come through.

Thanks for sharing? Thanks for the wonderful comment on my Bluebonnet Photograph. Yes, it is busy. This was a in the Wild shot and I was bending over holding the camera at 90 degrees shooting blind across the flowers. Was lucky to get anything to come through.

Absolutely gorgeous Angelo, the lighting is superb, love the two different poses and the composition, the colors are wonderful, love the buds on the bottom and the way the top one is reaching for the sky, the background is beautifully enhancing those perfectly captured Quaresmeira's...Wonderfully presented too....Hugs :)Linda
