Hi Angelo, there were no filters- I never use them, simply convert from colour to mono in channel mixer then play with levels or curves, however it helps if you have a good sky to start with. I very occasionly shoot raw but normally just to experiment. If I do, I use photoshop cs or cs2 raw adjustment which I now have or one called raw shooter which i have just downloaded free. it relly is quite good. Thank you for commenting.

I really love B&W landscapes with strong skies, like this one. Beautiful work.
Did you use filters? Also, for my benefit, what is your workflow like? Do you shoot in RAW mode?
