i agree with gregory, it should be sharpened up a bit, remove the date stamp on the photo, and perhaps clone out all the spots and that line running down the left hand side. this could be a very nice photo and most of the problems with it could be fixed right in the camera, which is always the best option.

I like the composition and the sense of speed that you get from his riding away from the camera. But it is out of focus (intentionally, perhaps), and the picture or printlooks wrinkled.

I would love to see this shot again, cleaned up. If you do a few things to it in Photoshop, it could be a much better (technically) shot.
