This is just great, i keep looking at your shot .. the little shells of water on top of the fountain-mouths look just perfect .. the whole shot being evenly filled with waterdrops make the whole very attractive .. the back colours is finishing it off .. just great !!

I would loved to take a slow shutter one. But I didn't carry a tripod with me.
In fact I thought about you just when I clicked it ! Even Alaister had mentioned the same thought in his comment above.

ahh - fountains - now we're talking!!
you've gone for the freeze shot and it's worked really nicely - almost like little chunks of hail stone. Particularaly like the positioning of the fountain heads you've chosen too.
there's one in Leeds a bit like this, here's one I made earlier - though the water waasn't flowin too fast this particular night :-(
