Splendid! I cannot suggest a name for the plant, but I must disagree with Ellie. The little bud on the left is a uperb element in the photo.

Wonderful shot Hiroshi, I love to click this kind of snaps.
Sometimes I try to hide direct sunlight on lens to avoid the glare on lens and the object also get little exposed with it's color and details.
