Reza, I was trying to make sure that the best part of the photo visually is the woman. the trees and car are truely better exposed in your version but the point of this particular shot is the focus your attention on the woman but I thank you for your heart felt critique andthe time you took altering the original. I'm sorry if my criticism came off a little harsh. I just intended to point out that the picture looked a little hazy. So I modified it slightly to bring out the metallic tone of the car but retain the exposure of the tree in the background. Let me know.

Reza, I very much appreciate the critisism but I don't know if I agree with you. I find that my subject is correctly exposed at the expense of the bright car and the dark trees. If you are not too busy I'd love for you to effect the changes to my image in PS and for you to show me. Sal

I find this to be a little overexposed and washed out as far as b&w's go. Might I suggest simple levels/contrast/curves adjustment in PS to achieve the desired effect/atmosphere?
