About Shot at a parade. I liked the uniformity of it. Somehow when I upload, the image loses some of its color saturation. Any and all comments are much appreciated. thx!

This is a neat shot. The colors look fine on my monitor and the composition is great!

Great photography work, Sarah. Not only does it show their in-sync cadence but also their hands on the bugles are uniformly placed.

congrats Sarah. You have captured very well the coordination of this 4 men. the moment is right with their left foot is raised.
Many times the best way to capture the feeling of an event like this, is to capture a detail. You did it very well, the 4 men walking perfectly aligned. well seen and well captured.

sarah, very cool! i like it. btw, i had the same issue with color and contrast changes after uploading. are you shooting in Mode II (adobe RGB)? uf uses the sRGB space which has a smaller color gamut. if you upload a photo in adobe RGB space you will lose some color and a bit of contrast. try converting the image to sRGB as the last step in your workflow. hope this helps...

take care,
tom

nice symmetry, I don't think you need more color saturation, the composition is very strong and stands well on it's own.... although the bad girl in me wants to trip them!! ;)
