Very nice motif, with sepia toning it looks like an old print. Maybe I would try to clone out the telephone line, but that could be quite tricky on the roof part.

I'm glad you enjoy my everyday shots of Japan. I enjoyed this typically English house of yours, too. Uou've recaptured the feeling of the earlier days of B&W photography very expertly. Very good, considering it was done with a digital camera!
