OK, Paul. I did add a light sepia and a bit of "noise" for a slightly grainy effect. I considered some random fading and a curled corner, but thought better of it. It's always a challenge to know when to stop! Thanks . . .

Great image Geaorge, how about a light sepia tone and a tiny bit of gaussian blur to finish the period feel?! Maybe some film grain as well?! It doesn't 'need' any of those things, it's a good image without but it's fun trying them sometimes.

Mark, it's a very interesting place--historically and visually. The match was very informal. It looked like four guys just getting together. On the other hand, they were important enough to get court time! I just posted another shot of one of the "cottages." I guess it's probably like your own little getaway place. ;-) --g

Excellent candid photo, George. You captured the players' expression of concentaration and the striking movement of the player in the back excellenly.
Thank you for your in-depth comments on my "Memories from Budapest and my "Automatic parking attendant."

Thanks, Marcus. I hesitated because so seldom do you get to see tennis on grass, and the green is very cool. But then, I went for the nostalgia. --g
