Tiffany - it does look a little odd when it is just one blossom, can hardly wait for the bush to get to the full-bloom stage.

This is one of the Texas Sage species. This one has darker leaves with a brighter purple flower. There is another one called "Silver Cloud" that has a light greyed green leaf and light lavender flowers. When these bushes are in full bloom - the flowers are so profuse that from a distance the leaves almost disappear. Will try and get a good shot during a full bloom.

This is a flower I am not familiar with. It is very pretty. Nice detail.
