Self portraits are always hard. This is a nice try, in my opinion. However I think the red lips and the green eyes are a little bit too much. The contrast with the whites is too strong, and does not add anything new to the photo.

i never use a flash....except when i took this picture..was supposed to be a quick snapshot..but i liked the way it came out so i played with it and created this....thing;)

It's a beautiful portrait, and I do like the selective colours. What I would however advise is not to use a flash - it peroduces harsh light and shadows. But a great photo.
