This is a nice setting, but for me the picture is lacking a focal point, some place of interest where the eye can rest.

Hi David. Thanks for the comments. Actually I was lucky enough to have beautiful clouds and heavy rain in the distance which never came to the valley. It was almost perfect condition. Regards

People who haven't seen the area before the poppies bloom don't really understand the transformation that takes place. Great cloud cover made this a terrific shot.

Those colours and the lighting are both excellent. The bright foreground looks even better with it being on that moody sky.

Thanks Mary, Yes the Antelope Valley is amazingly beautiful place and it's famous with the best display for the California state flower - Poppy. you can chek my other photos and will see the Poppies. You moon pictures are quite impresive and I enjoyed them alot. Regards
