About Another series of photographs that I have taken .. This is at the banks of the Brahmaputra River (which flows by just behind our university campus). There are these small boats that the fishermen use to catch fish.. and also ferry people sometimes across the mighty river(which is considered Sacred in India just like any other river). This kid is the son of one of the fishermen who own these boats.
Probably when he grows big .. he will be incharge of this boat ..

PS: I am in confusion whether I shud have uploaded the colored one .. as i have changed to grayscale on PS... So I have added the colored one as well below.. Please help me clear my confusion...!
Thanks and regards!

J'aime beaucoup cette photo ... le cadrage décalé, le sourire de l'enfant et ses dents qui tranchent sur sa peau noire... bravo ! (je préfère en noir et blanc !)

Dosent matter it is in color or in black n white. The mood and the moment you have captured is very important. To choose from both of this I will still prefer the B&W one. Regards.

Fabulous smile! I?d vote for the B&W. How about cloning out the boat behind his head?

I?d probably vote for the B&W version, Kshitiz! I think it makes his big smile stand out even more! How about cloning out the boat behind his head? Nice capture!

Hi Kshitiz! I prefer the B&W one, as it makes his big smile stand out even more! How about cloning out the boat behind his head? Anyhow, a nice capture and a FABULOUS smile ~ probably he and his father have caught many big fishes :)))
