Great picturesque scene! Well composed. The sepia tone works VERY well for this shot too!!

Its easy!!! Not sure what editing program yu use but in Adobe PS or Elements just convert to B&W (I use the Channel Map and tick the monochrome box as that way you can get a lot more control), then in Hue and Saturation click the colourise box and adjust the Hue slider to get the tone you want. Fine tune with the Saturation and Lightness sliders and you're done! I'm sure whatever you use has similar tools too... Look forward to seeing some results!

Works very well in sepia, thanks!!! (I'll try to figure the 'sepia thing' out, only done B&W until now, as you might have noticed... ;-D!!!)

I love heritage images like this (just look at all the wrecks and old things in my portfolio!)... There is something very special about this kind of image in my opinion and yours is a good example of what I mean... Nice details, great composition and well exposed there is a real feeling of slow decay to this... well done! (works well in Sepia too....)
