Oh yes...and we did stop at the Roadkill Cafe'. I have one of their newest tee shirts with the "Poodles and Noodles" entre on it!

Hey John,
Thanks for the nice comment. Had to treck through some pretty high tumbleweeds that had accumulated at the edge of the outside fence. Just got back from Arizona 2 weeks ago. Went to a new spot you might enjoy. Lake Pleasant. Take the Highway going North East out of Wickenberg into this area. Just COVERED with wildflowers like the high desert here! Wild burros roam the roads around the lake and lots of barrel's getting ready to bloom soon. Take Care.

Laurie -
What?! no pics from the Road Kill Cafe? Are you SURE you were near Seligman? I missed 2 killer pics on rt 66 last winter and I've been kicking my self ever since. Well there is always May. (Son is at school in Flag and I do the LA-Flag trip more often than I thought I would)
Like this image. good for you getting of the road and over the fence.

Thanks for the tip Pat. I do shoot that film when I'm doing some kind of photo assignment for a magazine. I've got 50 shares of stock in Kodak that I've had for years...Kinda feel like it's a re-investment....hehehehe.....and the other is so hard to find when I go on vacation. Also the price is a little bit more. The grain is atributed to a crummy scanner unfortunately. The original is tack sharp though. I usually go through 50 to 100 rolls whenever I go on vacation so I've got quite alot of the gold stocked away in my fridge from prior years. Thanks to all for the nice comments!

Laurie, the composition is amazing! I can't not mention the grain. Kodak royal gold does no justice to your photography. Your photos desever to be on some good stuff. This one in particular is Awsome!

I recomend Fuji Chrome RSX II 50 and or 100 color slide or Kodak E100G COlor Slide

For negative film THe Kodak Porta line is awsome.

If your local photo shop dosen't carry the good stuff try BH Photo and order it on line.
