About
Pulled this from my Alaska trip last year. Shot in the town of Skagway where the fur trade industry is still the primary source of income for most native Alaskans. Broke my heart to see so many beautiful animals end up as window treatments in the stores selling native wares. Guess we must bite the bullet and respect all cultures though. Still very sad to see this beautiful wolf in this condition.
Nice work, Laurie ~ shame about the wolf!!! Kind regards, Chris

Hi Laurie, yes it is so downheartening. When we were in Skagway we took the White Pass tour to the Yukon. Coach out and train back. The destination was a small town called Carcross where we had lunch at an animal museum. The owner there was dedicated to stuffing animals that had died of natural/accidental causes. Whilst it was morbid it was a delight to see that one person cared enough to honour their memory. Den
