I like your idea that the dead inscribed their testament on the wall :)
I suppose however that the inscription substitutes the gravestone; it's a rather poor graveyard.

Beautiful capture of the dead's grafiti or their will(testament?) with bold foreground branch.A vengeful spirits of deads on the wall.
