Karel, again thank you for the comment. This is a ride called "The Inverter" at a local amusement park called Oldtown. Only one picture with a relatively long exposure and only slight PS enhancements.

No its a ride called the inverter. I noticed it had a recurring but not circular motion so I long exposured it. Cool huh?
