This is a really nice shot. The silhouette keeps the eyes focussed on the sky and the sunset. Beautiful colors.

I have been eyeballing a 400mm for a while, tough decision as I'm also looking at the 600mm.
Things are going well thank you for asking, things will be better as soon as fed ex gets here.
Waiting for a package then I'm off to Nebraska until Tuesday.
Not finished with the house yet but I'm taking a break anyways.
Have a Great Day.

Got owl photos last weekend so I think they are still here as long as they get food.
Your comment on the chickadee, yes the canon is very sharp, but the auto focus can be fooled and is often, Its a new learning curve for me.
The 70-200 with the extender gives me almost 300MM at f4 so its a good setup.
hope to by an 300 or 400 prime for it soon. Probably get the 400 prime and f4.
hope all is well.

Very cool, reminds me of my fishing at sunset shot. Something about the solitary figure against the colorful sun is pretty powerful. Nice shot. Dottie
