I was stuck for places to go, so decided to go back to the old fave at Tadcaster. Was sunny for a while then clouds came and I got a good soaking.
Anyway, this is part of the wier, an overflow if you like.
Normally you can walk down those steps and stand where the water is flowing, but the Wharf was so bloated to day, it was a good 3 inches deep and flowing very fast!
Sure Steve Bowden will recognise this little delight?
I'm a bit late with comments and only have 75 to catch up with !!!
Never thought to look back at the steps Ade, great idea and a good capture. Found a waterfall today close to Bolton Abbey and got some very pleasing photos - then back to Otley for some swan shots.
Manged to get several keepers today so well chuffed !
