About Dan Lightner Photography
This my 6th technique to share. I used the computer monitor for a background First I made a new canvas in Photoshop then filled it with a gradient layer from green to black. Then saved it as a picture. Then I pulled it up on my monitor and used it for a background for this picture . It worked pretty well as the light from the monitor backlit the leaf and drops.
I used Purell for the water drops as it is thicker than water.Shutter speed was 6 seconds and aperture was F 13

Picture of setup below.

Haha your creativity makes me laugh, Dan! You are incredible with all the things you come up with! I love the energy you put in to come up with different techniques! One day you will be in history books... "Dan Lightner, the inventor of new photography techniques"! ;-)

I find the light a bit to hard in middle of the drops, but I still think it's very good and interesting!

well, talk about being creative...using the monitor for a back ground...I would have never thought of that..guess I figured you would get scan bars like on a TV, but guess with the long exposure you dont?...great job, Bill
