Hi Kelly, I saw your remark and just thought i would give you my two cents, I have the 70-200L and I suggest If you buy one get the IS version as It is much heaver than its F/4 counterpart and the IS will really help.....

I love it Greg, great catch and wonderful detail. I am ordering the 70-200 F/2.8 no IS today. Can't wait to get it. Didn't think the IS was worth an extra 500.00
