About This style of potery called Talavera (Like in Spain), and spread throughout the Mediterranean countries, has its origin in the MIddle East, from there went to Spain and from there to Mexico during the COnquista. The differences between the Spanish and the Mexican Talavera are very small indeed. However, there is a certain "old Aztec-indian influenced" quality to the work in Mexico. Personally, I l just like the clours a lot!!!!

Fantastic notice and captured. Great combination of lines and colors make it unusual, but still very known and authentic. Good job!

Rafael - What a great idea to show someone else's artwork in your own artwork. Very colorful and pleasant. -- Debby
