Thanks Mark. Thats what I thought he was but I just couldn't say definately form the pic in the bird book I have. I have renamed the photo:) PS: On you other question...I like to Always use a tripod.

You've captured an excellent shot of a... Dark-eyed Junco (Junco hyemalis)
Cool fact: The Dark-eyed Junco was the most common feeder bird in North America during the 1996-1997 Project FeederWatch season. I always had a bird feeder in my yard for many years in Pennsylvania and this little guy was always there. Great shot. -mm
