Great stuff. Right about the FM2. If you want one I can find one for you very reasonable. I buy/sell a lot of used gear.

hi mark - thanks for your comments. I didn't use fill flash on any of these shots - they're all just natural light. I actually try & avoid it as much as i can as no one likes to have a flash going off in their face over & over - especially during a wedding when the bride & groom end up being the centre of SO many photos. Sometimes i do need to use one, however, & then i use an old vivitar 283. So, i sure don't have fancy gear - just old reliable stuff that i'm used to working with & trust so much. I've always wanted an FM2 - i have an FM that i love but the FM2 gives you that one extra shutter speed for shooting flash, which i find can be so helpful - especially when using fill flash in bright sunlight. Seeing these photos again has got me all interested in shooting film again - it was beginning to feel like a lost art but i don't think it is yet, especially with wedding & event photography - so i'll enjoy it while i can! all the best - jennifer

Great job here as well. Love the off center framing, a nice touch. I have an FM2 but have not run much film through it. Did you use fill flash? If so what flash did you use? Good to see that great equipment used so capably. Perfect...-mm

thanks, Ethan. I try not to shoot like most other wedding photographers (although i have to say i've seen a lot of really creative photographers shooting amazing weddings) so, let's say like more traditional wedding photographers, but more in a way of how i see the world & people in it. I tend to find images more dynamic when the subjects aren't placed so centrally, but that's just my taste & flavour. Thanks for you comments! all the best - jennifer

Great tones. The composition is a little weird (most photographers would have placed the couple more towards the middle of the photograph) but I like it. It adds to the spontaneous feel of the photograph. You really managed to capture a great moment in this one.
