Thanks Toni, this is more a combination of European cuisine and as you said it Japanese. I worked in michelin star restaurants in Holland. Regards, Dirk.

I think it sounds delicious...but that is really nothing like anything I've ever tasted. You thought that up!? What a remarkable combination of flavors. My husband would be nuts for it I'm certain -- maybe even my young daughters. They all love far out Japanese concoctions. Sounds Japanese to me.

This is adorable and reminds me to try to get some like this of my own. What a treasure. I really love her expression and the mood of the picture. It is truly special. Just noticed that you are a chef and the picture of the dish you created. I am full from take-out Chinese food tonight, but my mouth is watering at the sight of this work of art you created with food!!!! The presentation is superb, and it is also adorable. I love the green "hat" or "bun" (what do you call it?) on top -- not hair...lol!
Cheers! Antonia

Beautiful composition with or without you in the background. Looks a bit pixelated to me, try posting it in higher definition.

Thoroughly enchanting, I think. I wouldn't change a thing. It's framed perfectly, but perhaps experiment with toning, like sepia or a selenium tone look.
