Hi
This looks like two pictures molded into one. The top half I like with the darkened forboding clouds...excellent. The lower half is just far too red...doesn't look natural...doesn't fit with the rest of the shot.

Maybe de-saturise the foreground or give it less contrast or convert to BW the whole image.

Just some ideas...this image seems to have a lot of potential, it just needs re-visiting. Hope you understand and cheers for now.

nice shot, i like your angle of composition here and how the clouds seems to "speed past" just like a car would on the road.
