Your version is as nice as the black & whites I thought.....cos i liked the colour. But i do agree that for face expressions B&W are powerful especially when the subject has heavy skin lines etc.

HI Hanggan, here is my version. I have separate the men to the background on which I have applied a gaussian blurry effect. An I have a little bit touch the level of the men.

Dear Fabrice,
Thanks again for your precious critique! Yes, I have converted it into BW, but I didn't choose it because there's so little contrast between Black and White. What is actually the consideration to choose BW or color? Please guide me. You can find the attached BW version of the old man.
