About	This female white headed woodpecker flew in and landed on a tree and I took a couple of shots then he flew to the water dish and I got this photo. There is no red spot on top oh her head so this is a female. She then flew off and I haven't seen this bird since then.

A little over exposed on the white portion of her face. It's a hard shot to expose correctly with that white face and the black body...tough shot to get just right. With a bit of photoshop work..dodging/burning tool, you should be able to tone the white down a bit.

Not a bad shot, just a bit over exposed.
