Essa fotografia parece um pouco com o estilo do pintor E. Hopper, americano, que pintava estes motivos urbanos.

Keep it in color. This is the main appeal to the whole shot. The subject ie style of clothes etc feel a little alien to the rest of the style...

Great composition.
I have to agree with Roberto, I think this would look good in B&W, also, perhaps a slower shutter speed to blur the movement of the person walking.
