Very interesting subject Joe. The composition is excellent, and I like the way your main subject is lit. This has an old world feel, from an American perspective anyway, like these stone guys represent a time that has passed by, with the new world on display in the bright background. I would like to see this same composition with a long shutter speed, say 5 or 10 seconds, to get light streaks in the background from the cars driving by. Might be something to play with. Very nice image.
