About to add some originality to the common half tree in the autumnal period I choose this one with a bird presence; I am not yet sure whether compositions like these one work or not

Max

It is a pretty study, but not a really strong composition. The bird has little visual relationship to the tree, and the autumn colors are so understated as to be negligible. I sympathize with your own reservations. Still it is good to post a few of these shots anyway. I find it so, if only to reinforce or to challenge my own judgment.

Best wishes,
--george

very nice shot, I like the blurred pigeon in the backround, even though the tree is nice and in perfect detail, i think it adds some life to the shot.. well done....
