This is a really interesting composition with so much open space --- I like it. It's also great that the bud is nicely in focus and the background is uniform and out of focus. Nice work.

Simply stated elegance with a lot of negative space surrounding the subject because of the horizontal framing running counter to the conventional way, which would be, of course, to frame it vertically. This works very well for me. You have the expected requisite detail in the bud.

Absolute class here Greg.... i love everything about it....i love the background and fame. ........i especially love the fact that its not centered......makes it so much different to everything else.......perfection...........needless to say i hate 'rules'.... i love stepping outside the square....
