Hi Surajeet,

Posted this image long time back. Some points on your points:

1. subject...the fig of the lady placed on the centre
Bijit->It can be placed, as you have drawing lines leading to the lday. Have you seen Lawrence of Arabia? Omar Sheriff coming on a horse?
2. white objects in BG are too distracting. Reason being max DOF.
Bijit->I agree. Can't help though!
3. cropping needs from left & more space required at right as per rule of 3rd...
Bijit->Don't agree - reason being same as point 1. I rather feel that the perspective picked for this image by me was wrong.
4. most vital mistake....no detail about place. Can we go & shoot there again?
Bijit->Genuine mistake. Yes, you can go there. Go to Garbeta in Midnapore. Take a bus to Humgarh from there. Get down at Humgarh and ask for BogriKristoRaiji's temple (there are 3 such temples, ask for the oldest one) - it should be 30 mins by richshaw. This place is about 3 KMs from there - ask for directions to the river.

You will get lot of shooting inspirations there - also visit gongoni, salboni, nohari and arabari. Best time to visit - after the monsoons till early winter.

How did I go there? Well, I happen to go to that area every Pujas.

Finally, I enjoyed you so closely reviewing my images...keep in touch. I can be reached at bijitbose@vsnl.net and my cell no is +919830151462.
