I don't take many bird photos ... but this one is great from my limited experience. your placement of the bird in this composition allows it to create just enough tension in your composition and still be the focus despite all the surrounding distractions. a very tough shot to work out so well.

Good capture of the robin! Colors, light and details are very good. He is color co ordinated with that shrub!
