About I think I'm really going to like the extension tube. I really like the surreal size it gives everything in the tiny world.

Canon Extension Tube EF25

Hope you enjoy.

I'm sorry I haven't been able to keep iup with my comments. Sometimes the restaurant gets in the way of my photography and we are getting into the holiday season where we are having a lot of extra parties at the restaurant. So, if I don't get to comment on all of your pictures please forgive me.

Forgiven, Jim! Thanks for the great macro, they're always interesting. It's a shame when work gets in the way of fun!

Amna, from what I understand there are two different size extension tubes from canon. An EF 15 and an EF25 the 25 being larger. Basically all it is is a tube that has no glass that actually gets you closer and magnifies your subject. How close and how much magnification depends on the size lens you are using. Since they have no glass they are relatively inexpensive, however they do have all the sensors etc. so you can use autofocus. They really cut out your DOF and you pretty much have to be right on in the focus dept.. Hope this helps:)
