About In Arabic SOUK means "shopping place"
This is called Souk Sharq, it is one of the biggest shopping malls in Kuwait.Built right on the sea shore. It has the Arab sea on one side and a big Parking place for Yakhts on the other :D
I took this shot on a windy night from the road holding the camera in my hand as tight as i could. Plus! something is wrong with my scanner i'll try to fix it. I haven't edited the picture at all.
