About Sunset taken via my rear view mirror. I like the contrast between the bright sunset in the mirror and the darker landscape around the mirror. Also the angle of the horizon in the mirror seems to connect to the landscape outside of the mirror.
No PS work
actual Shutter: 1/10

"Don't look back over the days of yesteryear
It's no good
I know so many people
Trying to live on
For the past
It's no good
Stop dreaming stop dreaming
And live on live on
For the future"
lyrics John Lee Hooker

Paul,

This is gorgeous shot. I've seen a lot of these "rear view mirror" shots, but this one blows those out of the water. I love all you're other work as well. I'm a fan. :0) Thanks for your comments on my photo. You should check out New River. It's awesome. Great climbing. Here's another image from there.

I love it! The "framing" is great! It doesn't look like mirror, more like looking through something... and the view is amazing with it's colours and composition!

Very original and well composed. For me it also creates the effect of 'looking through rose colourd glasses' because of the similarity with the background. Looks like an 'enhanced' view of what is ahead. The past shapes the future!
Thanks also for your comment!

Omar
