I like the idea here.. great composition! Superb tones and the dark parts are great.. i would love to had seen abit more focus/sharpness and details on the rose though.. then it would have been perfect! =)

Wonderful photo. For me it's a depiction of partial memory - remembering the colourful and wonderful aspects of things we experienced, while the mundane becomes dark and blurred. It can of course also be the other way - remembering in stark relief the terrible and frightening. Great use of light, Judi.
