Isn't it great when they do spontaneous crazy stuff, and we capture it. So we have Joshua to thank for this clever idea, and you for the great capture! Dottie

A very playful shot, Rebecca! Is this one of your grandchildren! A nice one for b/w, you've got good tones and detail.
Thanks for your comment!
Dave.

The idea and tones are wonderful Rebecca. Love the soft youthful skin against the rough dried out texture of the leaf. What a superb contrast. Everything works here. Hush, as he is hiding and does not want the leaf to crackle and completely fall apart.

Great idea, Rebecca, very creative, it really works well in every way. It suggests innocence, nature, youth (=grandson) vs. decay (=leaf), lots of other things! Technically good too.

He had a huge sycamore leaf over his head, then looking through it. I never had to compose. I did convert this to bw and play with the contrast and light. I'm not even sure what I was trying to achieve. I got to this point, and it hit me..

Great pic. As I sit here waiting for class to start... and me running on 90 minutes of sleep.... nice image that brought a smile to my face. Good job, Becc.
