Brilliant semi-abstract. It's kind of the reverse of my "Life mimics... life" (at http://www.usefilm.com/image/560564.html) - the body making a landscape.
The only phoblem with the radial blur is the overall softness of the result (of course not a problem if that is what you want!) and I have found a useful manouvre is to apply it to a duplicate layer and set it to 50-70% opacity so some of the original (sharp) image shows through. Another approach is to apply a sharp grain-type effect after the radial blur to bring back some crispness. Just some ideas...

Beautifully done! The effect you provide transends it from a nude to something more, something greater. An abstract representation of the female form. I also like how you kept the gray area in the top right corner of the photo, this balances the composition extreemly well rather than just a pure white background.
