About Wasn't sure what to title this... any suggestions?

For some reason this photo struck me, so I was curious if it would appeal to others.

How about "you can run but you can't hide" or "no rest from the rat race?" - :)
I like the photo - I would crop out the woman on the left that is only partially there (just to the edge of her outfit) and the woman on the right (same thing) and this would make the subject uncentered (to the right). Round it out with a little frame and see what you think (I attached my example)

OH! I think you are RIGHT! If I'd hussled over farther to my left I could have caught the phone, maybe some expression and the woman in purple looking on.

She was on the phone. She was making the perverbial emergency cell phone call for the wedding that day. I was shooting some candids as out wedding gift to the couple.

Thank you both for your help. I might try cropping out the left woman and some of the head room to see if that helps this particular shot.

this is beautiful in color and lighting. but missing something to it. I'm not sure on this one.

Certainly has some appeal to make me open up the thumbnail.

But it's actually a bit irritating... I'm trying to figure out what she's doing. Looks like she pretending to have a mobile phone conversation - except I can't see the phone!

The cropped woman on the left is a bit distracting. I think if it was clearer what the main woman was doing and the one on the left wasn't there it would have been a really interesting and appealing photo. But that's just my opinion, and I'm not any expert where people photos are concerned.
